Space Rental
Our simplest package that only includes use of our studio and its amenities (i.e. tables, chairs, sink, microwave, coffee makers, etc.). This DOES NOT include any art supplies; you need to bring your own! Space rentals are $50/hr.
Basic
The Basic tier includes a 1~1.5 hr. activity of your choice for up to 25 attendees, lead by one of RCA’s facilitators. We leave a little time before and after for snacks and chit chat! Basic starts at $300 for up to 10 people/2 hrs.
Art Booster
If you can afford a little extra to support us, Art Booster tier includes everything from Basic as well as a 15% off coupon code towards one of our workshops and custom invites for your event! It is a flat $150 price increase.

Décor
Leave the decorating to us! For $50, we’ll deck the studio in streamers and tablecloths in your choice of two colors, plus string lights! One less thing for you to worry about!

Paper Goods
You bringing the food, we provide the cups, plates, and cutlery! For $40, you choose two colors to match your event’s theme, then rest easy knowing we’ll have the supplies ready for you!

Goodie Bags
What party’s complete without a take home treat? Our art-themed goodie bags are priced individually: $10 per basic bag, or $15 per premium bag, both pre-bundled and ready for giving!

Big Ol' Bundle
Opt into all three of our add-on choices and save! Pay a flat $80 for décor and paper goods, plus save a dollar off EACH goodie bag purchased, no matter if they’re basic or premium!

You may cancel your event up to one week prior, before we send you your final invoice. Unfortunately once that invoice is sent, the event must be paid for in full regardless of if it happens or not.

We do require a 40% non-refundable deposit to lock your event in, due one month from the big day; this covers the costs of any materials we may need to purchase for your activity and some of our admin costs. That deposit IS deducted from your final invoice though!

Darn near everyone! Have something to celebrate? Let's party! Connecting with friends? We'll give you a shared activity! Team-building with total strangers? Let US break the ice! From fundraisers to college groups to corporate events, we're happy to host!

Absolutely! All of the prices quoted above only cover a two-hour experience so anything longer will increase the cost, but we're happy to work with you if you need more time in the studio than that.

Any food or beverages you'd like to have, decorations and/or paper goods if you didn't purchase those add-ons, and your sense of creativity!

Weapons or anything that may be construed as a weapon, illegal substances, and hate of any kind. Don't be a downer, man! Also please note Eastworks is a smoke-free environment, so any such indulgences must be done outside the building entirely.

Hosts are allowed in half an hour before the event starts to set up.

The short answer is probably yes, though it may cost more than the prices listed above. All of these activities are really best suited to people 8 and over, so if the average age of your attendees is under that we may need to work with you to figure out something more appropriate for your kiddos. Also please note we need one of our safety and liability waivers completed for ANY minor being left by their parent or guardian with us for ANY of these bookings, even if everyone else there is an adult.

We can be booked up to 5 months in advance, though we need a MINIMUM of one month.

Our studio can comfortably fit up to 25 individuals, many more than that and we risk a fire hazard. But there is NO minimum; you can technically book an event for just yourself (we won't stop you, though you may be more interested in signing up for one of our studio memberships, found here).

First of all don't panic, just breathe! Better? Good! Your guest count can change up to 2 weeks in advance; this gives us enough notice to potentially get more supplies. Past that point you're welcome to ask, but we may not be able to accommodate extra people, so it may be safer to plan on a slightly larger group from the get-go (though we can't offer refunds for guests who don't end up coming).

You may bring, *ahem*, adult beverages, BUT we absolutely must be notified in advance and you need to bring your own means of opening it, as RCA staff are not allowed to help do so.

Most certainly! We get it, sometimes stuff just comes up, and it'd be downright rotten to miss out on your fun event just because the worst happened. We need a week minimum's notice to reschedule, but the deposit can still be applied to your final invoice so long as it's rescheduled within three months of the original date.

They're art-themed, so they include crayons, some stickers, a mini booklet, nut-free candy, and a small toy, all ready to hand out. The deluxe bags get a couple extra items and the booklet is upgraded to a small sketch book.
